About Moien

Moien is a free course in Luxembourgish, from the first hello to the language of work, the news and literature. It follows the six CEFR levels and currently holds 47 lessons and 1099 words and phrases, with grammar notes and seven kinds of exercise. Most of it sits at A1 to B1, where a learner spends the most time; the levels above have a few lessons each.

Who makes Moien

Moien is provided by Valnivo Labs. It is independent: no school, institute or government body is behind it, and it is not affiliated with the INLL or the ZLS.

No subscription, no paywall, and no account needed to learn. On the website, a single small ad, labelled as one, sits at the end of a few pages, never in a lesson or an exercise. By default your progress lives in this browser only.
